Not long after I joined this site there was a listing for a rifle worth maybe 400 bucks that had a Walmart scope and a rattle can camouflage paint job.
The seller was asking $1000 and required a BOS with the buyers DL number, GWCL number, phone number, address, etc.
Being new I asked why he needed all that personal info if it wasn't required by law.
His answer "because this is a Sniper rifle capable of thousand yard kills and if someone does something illegal with it I want to prove that I sold it "

saw a vehicle ad today , seller stated clear title, but also bill of sale, why you need a bill of sale if you have clear title, state doesn't require one. Also no pix of any thing
