Really the policy is no one is allowed to have a second account (especially creeper), I guess he fell through the cracks along the way, I know he's pretty persistent in his attempts to return.

Chris (CCW) asked if he could come back to the site and I said sure. I figured if he was asking to come back he might act differently when he returned, I guess I was mistaken. Sorry, I just like to give folks second chances.

CCW if you're just back to start **** then you'll be gone pretty quickly. If you really want to be here and can act like an adult then you're welcome to stay.
