I've decided it's Michonne based on point of view shots. She is the only one we don't see get pointed at with the bat. We see her face twice, but no bat stuck in it, and we have two point of view shots of the bat.

That would go along with the whole "all the chicks rick gets involved with die" vib.

It's Aaron because he is in the order of eenie meenie miny moe, plus he was to the right of Carl in the lineup and to the left of Rick. Negans shadow was on the left side of Rick's face. The side without the scar. The scar is on the right of Rick's face which indicates it was either Aaron or Sasha. Since Negan doesn't believe in beating women, it was definitely Aaron who met the fate of Lucille last Sunday night. Also before Negan swings the bat, he say's "cut the boys other eye out" gesturing his body to the right (Carl is to the right of Aaron) and he glances over to the left (Sasha is to the left of Aaron) *the only one of them who is crying, and states "You can cry." Also, in the RV, Carl asks Aaron why did he come, he said, "I owe them."
