Teaspoon of baking soda in 4ozs of water will calm down the heartburn/reflux..I'm no doctor, nor do I play one on tv, but I have stayed at a holiday Inn (and most every other motel/hotel in the country).
I use peppermint hot tea to calm my stomach
Try papaya enzymes from now on.
