No they’ll be digital and they’ll have a bad lag. Good thermals are expensive unfortunately.

I grabbed a budget one a while back, and it’s fun for quick spotting but kinda grainy past 75 yards. Works fine for hogs in brush or checking out heat signatures around the property. If you want something that offers better clarity and reach, an outdoor thermal scope from Pixfra makes a difference, especially for longer-range detection at night. Definitely cooler than just walking around blind in the dark.
