When there's a double door meant for two way traffic but people wait for you to come out the out so they can go in instead of just opening the other door.

Yes to the bicycle crap. I used to be have an older diesel before I got the Cummins. I'd smoke em out as I went buy if they didn't move. You could rev the duramax a couple times then hammer it and that 2006 model would "roll coal" with the best of them, complete blackout for anyone tailgate level.

Dash cam footage I hope???

Nope. Well yep, but it was 0200 and never got terribly close, couldn't see much from video, he let us stay with him for about three or four miles going up i85, I was at top speed and when other units started popping up on ramps he was passing he just left, I mean didn't even make it look hard, just left. Crown Vic vs hellcat.....no contest. Couldn't see much from the footage other tail lights leaving.
