Then get off the road......we would like to pass and your need to exercise is getting in the way of progress. If you can't obtain the speed limit, ask for a push........those of us trying to get to work will gladly assist.
I used to be very understanding and kind until some group that likes to cycle started doing race like events past my home every dang weekend. Found one dude stopped pissing on my mail box, find little paper cups up and down my road. Now I can't get home on the weekends for all the bikes. It will drive you insane!

I see a commonality with the folks that hate people on road bikes. They all live around or near Peachtree city/ Senoia/ Sharpesburg. Tells me that they are encountering the same group of DB bike riders. The same group of DB bike riders that pedal passed my hunting lease on Macintosh trail. The same group of Db riders that decide to take a piss break at the gate of my property. To any one that happens to be one of these riders or knows one of the riders. Pull your damn bike out of the way when traffic is backed up, Curb your self and quit $#I+ing in my woods carry a baggy and pick up your $#I+ and toilet paper. Oh btw you don't look like Lance Armstrong in your tights, you just look gay. I would like to punch your kid in the face for your infractions.

Oh it's all of Coweta. They will stop and piss in your yard, seen it on my side of the county. I live in the country to avoid city folk and now they are coming down here for exercise. Join a gym and leave my area alone.

My original post was actually spoofing an earlier post. I do most of my riding off the road and when I am on the road I'm courteous, stay out of the way the best I can, and respect everyone around me. I have never encountered all these asshat riders y'all bitch about and I drive 30k-40k miles a year. I can think of one time I have been slowed by a heard of rodies in the last year. Where the hell do y'all live?

Coweta on the weekends has become bike central. And it's annoying as everything. I live near the Chattahoochee river side of the county. But, thank you for being a responsible speed bump, 3 feet is always provided and a great deal more to courteous bikers.

Seriously though, it was no issue until about a year ago then some club started riding through the area regularly. Then it started getting insane. Apparently they don't think they have to move for rural folk and they show little respect for property.
