Things that piss you off

Pain Clinics are pretty expensive, ERs are free to those that don't pay for their visits but ultimately cost everyone else in the end.
Treat them and street them. Rinse and repeat.
 
This really pisses me off. When you wait so long to be seen by the ER doctor because drug seekers and homeless people giving fake/vague complaints are clogging up the ER and taking up the ER staff's time. They also get to babysit drunk and drugged out people because the police don't want to deal with them and the paramedics can't leave them on the street after a "Concerned Citizen" call for a person sleeping on a bus stop bench.
