The newest addition to my Family is Princess-Leah, she was my Mother-in- Laws dog but she passed away last week, and None of her Kids wanted her so they were taking her to the Oklahoma City pound!! I was NOT having that, family Pet's must be provided for at all time's!! I drove the 28 hour's and picked her up, she was in my Mother-in- Laws Will and was well Provided for, her kids were shocked when they heard how much this dog was getting for up-keep!! Yes, she is a New York Yankee and Georgia Bull Dog Fan!!!

Great Story and beautiful dog. Thanks for keeping her and her dreams alive.I'm sure the MIL is looking down with a great big smile.

My boy got in a little bit of a scuffle a few weeks ago. 37 staples and twenty stitches total. All better now and just in time.

No kidding, rescuing a dog or cat from a shelter is one of the best things you can do.

She's a real gem too. Very well behaved and clearly experienced on the leash. She's so sweet a cat wouldn't melt in her mouth. Although the cats are bullying her a bit. The wife's Rag Doll Siamese chased the dog away from her own food bowl the other day. LOL.

Having a few health issues though. She has had two seizures in the three + weeks we've had her and is now on phenobarbital. And I'm not sure if it's the Pheno, the Heartgard for heart worms, the vaccinations or a combination of them all that gave her diarrhea. But I'm hoping it passes REAL soon!
