Welcome D-Day. Take good care of Grace in her golden years she's earned it.I can't upload pictures. First time this has happened.
Grace started slowing down the last few weeks. She's having a little difficulty jumping on the bed (bought steps for her) and climbing into the truck. She's 9½ years young. The breeder we got Grace from had a male pup become available day before yesterday because someone backed out of their reservation.
We drove to Fyffe, AL, and picked him up yesterday. He 12 weeks old and was born on D-Day, June 6th. Let me introduce you to, "******'s D-Day Duke". We'll be calling him Duke. I'll call him D-Day if I've been drinking.
He's smart, adapting to the crate, using the bathroom outside, and Clicker training (no, leave it, yes, etc). Housebreaking, basic obedience, and, when he's had his last round of shots, socialization and service training. Grace will continue to be my primary service dog until she wants to retire.
