Seriously, I actually like that set up. I cant carry appendix style. My belly got too big. I know, I know ... I’m going to the gym.

OP, I’ve never handled a 19x but I would love to check one out. Let us know what you think when you get more in depth with it. I am a sucker for coyote tan too, although my EDC is burnt bronze I think?

Kewl! I have yet to jump on the red dot train. I will be taking this to glock for some orange ameriglos. It has regular glock night sights at the moment

Well here is one quick way to get ameriglos quickly installed on the 19x. I took my gen 5 19 slide off and slid it onto the 19x frame. Boom! Ameriglos!i kinda like the two tone as well with a black slide on coyote frame with black mag base. What do y’all think? Two tone or keep it all one color?

It's a 19 with a half inch shorter grip or a 17 with a half inch shorter slide. I like the 19X but I'll never in my life figure out what everyone got so damn hyped up about

Yeah that 2 tone looks nice. I suppose you could even put a G19 MOS slide on there if you wanted to add a red dot too.

I have yet to shoot one but from what I have heard (and watched) from several that have shot a lot with the 17 and 19 say the 19x with just those changes ya mention make it the best shooter of all 3. Flatter shooter, better handling , etc. guess that’s one big reason for people that are avid glock shooters. And for some I am sure it is just hype haha

Thoughts on what caused this? Looks like it wasn't fully holstered and when he bent over it flexed enough to push whatever was stuck on trigger enough to fire?

It's been discussed in other threads on the Firearms Chat forum. I think the consensus was he had a holster fail, combined with a custom hair trigger or something like that.
