The new 16K looks interesting. I looked at the 16 when I was recently in the market, and the thing was just too heavy for my tastes - YMMV. He does not mention weight in the video below, but it is 1.75 inches shorter.

I have a thirty very very early serial . It is heavy ,but is quiet on 30cal,223,and 22's. As far as take apart it is easy I guess the last time I took it apart was about 10,000 rounds ago . I did not pay ,but $400 for a take apart 30 cal can . Cant go wrong if you don't mind it on the heavy side .
