I will get the specifics for you....but I wouldnt put too much energy into this discussion, he'a a friend, and when he said the dealer thought it was worth 5k, I told him that was high, and I would check ODT for feedback.
When he decides to sell it then this all becomes relevant, but I dont think he's going to sell it.

I saw one that sat on the table at the Motor Speedway gunshow for 2 days it was priced at $1850 with a case. No drum mag came with it. Nobody bought it, but it doesn't mean somebody somewhere won't want it at that price.
