Thread not bumping to top when I “bump”

I have a thread in the handguns forum and have tried bumping it multiple times and someone has even commented on it and it’s not moving it to the front page, so no one is seeing my gun. Am I doing something wrong?

Yeah. I’ve bumped 2-3 times and when I go back to the main page on Hamdguns, my ad is still on like page 5-6

You can’t bump it to the top, have to wait three days then repost

Bumping doesn't move it in the category. It only moves it to the top of the "What's New" page. Also, you're only allowed 2 bumps per day.
