threading/recrown/modify a pistol barrel

Wow. I was under the impression they threaded the extension on. Id be concerned the barrel/extender would expand at different rates and become loose with the weight of the can. Put too much press fit on it and you distort the tail end of the rifling. Sounds tricky.

The cement is insanely tough, at least the ones from tornado tech.

You can also thread, cement, and thread again.

Would a standard CZ barrel not fit in the compact?
