Oriental it is, I haven't cooked in quite sometime, just not into it mind wise now.. I did this to make multiple meals on what was available. Chopped red and green peppers added chopped onions.. Put sliced chicken breast on top and seasoned. Made a tent veggies on the bottom chicken on top. Added sweet & sour sauce with butter and backed inside tinfoil tent sealed..I cooked up some rice and put the chicken and veggies on top..Not bad it'll eat.
