I go thru the VA for health care and since Covid19, the **** is terrible. Video, calls and secure messages are okay until something is wrong and you know it is wrong.

I have had foot pain since April and was hoping they would open up. NOPE. My PC tells me to go to a Urgent Care so I do. I was informed I needed Pain Management and to see a Specialist. Urgent Care informs me that VA won't cover it. WTF

If the VA is closed for patients, what are they paying them for or have they all been furloughed? Makes no sense at all.

Eye appointment canceled, Community Care (no scheduled date), eye appt rescheduled (appt canceled), Community Care (3 months ago) and then 1 month ago.....still waiting.

There are walk ins in Georgia that accept VA health care. There is one in Warner Robins called accordia and they will do appointments on behalf of the VA. They can also refer you to civilian/private practice VA approved specialists. There are options available that the VA doesn’t tell you about.

The VA told me to go to the Urgent Care because I will be covered, but not follow up visits. Lol
