Well, I sure don't see a long line of volunteers lining up to get shot with it.

I don't want to get shot with a pellet rifle, or a roman candle, but I wouldn't carry either for self defense.

If there was a bad guy standing between you and your kids, and you could have any common, easily concealed carried self defense tool to stop him and get to them what would you choose? Is that what you carry? Why not?

Of course it isn't that simple, but that is closer to what I ask myself than "would I be willing to be shot by this?"
