I saw a guy flatten 1end then fill them with lint and pour some melted wax in from burned out candle and they will light with a striker (flint&steel) and burn for about 15 or 20 minutes, BUT a cotton ball soaked with vasolene does the same thing and is easier to carry. They just don't burn as long

Repellent...no one in my house will touch them to replace the toilet paper..

Good bedding material or chewing toys for small gerbils, guinea pigs etc.

I thought the word "gerbil" was forbidden on this site due to the novel employment of them by a certain segment of the population? I think you have hit on a possible use of the empty roll.

Used to use them in the 70's but found dollars bills work better
