James Cameron at least knows what he's talking about here. He's done a lot of work underwater, spent a lot of money on under water ventures, had been to the deepest spot on earth, helped design underwater cameras used on rov's and was consulted by NASA on cameras for the mars rover back during the bush administration.

He once said he only did the titanic movie because it was an excuse to get the studio to pay for his dives to the wreck.

I don't care about his political or environmental views but it's not like they are interviewing Kim Kardashian because she got carbon fiber injections in her butt cheeks.
