Looking at getting another tractor. Kubota in a compact frame. Who’s doing hydrostatic and who’s doing gears? Thoughts and why… I’m gears on bigger stuff but entertaining the idea of HST with a end loader on this one.

I bought a 3901 to replace a Ford 2600(I regret not keeping it) And went with gear because I do mowing, scraping and tilling. If Primary FEL work I'd invest in another tractor with hydro. Big time saver with little loss of power.

General cleanup type loader work. Haven’t looked into the shuttle shift and not sure if it’s available on the compact tractor frame. Interesting…I’ll have to check that out

On this one I’m trying to decide B series or L. Actually like the L2501 better i think . It’s basically a no frills tractor vs the B
That’s what I have. The L2501. Does everything I needed it for. In “L” speed setting, it will push the loader into a pile of gravel and pick it up and move it no problem.
