Traditions Nitrofire

I need some information, input, direction, opinions or facts about these weapons. They say they are muzzleloaders but you are requires to complete a 4473 when purchasing one. Are they a "primitive weapon" for hunting purposes?

Any other decision making information or input would be appreciated.

Says “to their understanding” it’s legal for use in Ga during muzzleloading season. I would contact DNR to make sure.
