This is bar none the best series on television right now and personally, the best HBO's had since Soprano's and before Dexter started sucking.

Dexter was showtime, and was not nearly as good as True Detective

Not to go too far off topic, but the way they ended Dexter had to be the absolute worst ending to a show I've ever seen.

They just announced season 2 will take place in California and have 3 leads instead of two. They tried to get Jessica Chastain but she said no.
