You can store water, food, or anything you want in it and they stack and lock together. I got my Mom a full size one for her weather hide out so that she can use it as a seat, and keep some small items like snacks and bottled water in it.

Oh...that is pretty cool. Do they leech like standard plastic bottles or do you have to rotate them in and out?

I think these are long term storage. They are thick walled and made for preppers. I think the full size is either 2 or 2.5 gallons.
