Got a large flock that decided to roost in our back oaks next to the house. Easy targets. I am not in a city limit. Ok to kill? There are about 30 of them.

You can't legally kill buzzards
I think they are after local small pets. Going quiet on them this Friday with subsonic 22.
Well they are federally protected, and this is an open forum..
Who the heck protects buzzards? F#ds?
Are the local small pets dead on the side of the road? Buzzards are scavengers NOT raptors.
Turkey vultures are scavengers, buzzards are predators.
