What does Federal law say?
I don't see how Georgia would prosecute or apply Georgia law outside of Georgia.

Yeah, but TN law may apply and require gun sales be done through FFL or something crazy like that. It's worth the drive to go a few miles south and guarantee you're in Ga. If he's that much of a stickler about it I'd walk on the deal.

Yeah, I wouldn't want to risk finding out what state or county law that breaks. As a GA seller, I'd sell IN GA.

Like others have said, you might as well just go a few miles south. If you decide to do it in Tennessee anyway you'll probably still be okay as long as you don't do something stupid like make a thread to tell everyone about it

Once you cross state lines to sell something illegally(not saying it is illegal) it becomes trafficking, and federal laws take over since it’s interstate.
