Could be from a previous event? Several are dressed the same as in other cap vids.
I have had someone trying to climb in a window in my home years ago. I shoved an 870 barrel right in his face and told him he better back the F__K Out. He went to squalling and backing up saying Oh lawd please. Never saw him again.

Someone attempts to climb in my home, I'm shooting. I have no idea who they are or what their intetions are so I'm obligated to assume the worst for the security of my family. If I was alone and it was a clearly an unarmed woman, I'd pimp slap her back out of the window.
But if I'm an LEO guarding public property and surrounded by ARMED fellow LEO and an unarmed woman not posing any physical threat is attempting to climb through an interior window door, I might cuff her and be done with it. If I really thought it 'could' escalate into violence, I'd shove her back through the window. Shooting her point blank in the face/chest would be no where on my list of "what to do now?".

WTH I was looking at was the same thing you were looking at. An unarmed woman climbing through an interior door surrounded by AREMD LEO on BOTH sides. If you are that scared of unarmed women, please sell your firearms. You may hurt someone.
