Anyone have some recommendations on an ultralight rod? I’m looking for a fast action about 6’ long. BassPro has a bionic blade UL, I have a medium power BB that I really like and use for bass. They have a couple other options at similar prices as well. I have a 7’ Ugly Stick that I have been using for about 2 years. I feel like the tip is too mushy. I was hoping someone would tell me what rod they like and why. Thanks.

I love panfishing and need better equipment. The BassPro Micro Lite and Panfish elite might be good too. I picked the Ugly Stick originally because I wanted the long rod for casting distance but as I understand it now, they mostly all start to get kinda mushy at 7’ long so I want something a bit shorter. I will look into Duckett and St Croix. Thanks.

I have Okuma Celilo Graphite Lightweight Ultra Light Trout Rods. They come in 4 1/2 to 7'. The 2 that I have are 4 1/2 and a 6.

I use the dock shooter rods from academy mid action enough backbone to cast and set hook cork handles

D Deej Look into Kistler's ultralight. They have a couple, this one my boy uses in his bass tournaments. He let me try it out - very sensitive yet felt like I could do serious battle without breakage.

TFO trout/panfish II rods. they come in just about any configuration you want.
i like the packable 3 piece rods. no more fighting trees to get to my spots.
