Contract to hire. I got really lucky with this one. The hiring manager worked at the same place I did (same time too) in a "partner" group from mine.

News update for those that have offered support...
New job is working quite well, finally have a position where I'm needed and wanted. And the view from my desk is awesome.

Update...
It's been a while and I've been told my CTH (Contract to hire) is being terminated beginning of Dec...





Well... only because the executed the to hire clause. I've been converted to full time, by start date is Dec 4, my new title is Assistant Vice President of Electronic Transfer.
