United States Postal Service problem

I'll keep it short. The palmetto Georgia facility has screwed me over again. I have two missing US postal money orders at the facility. They should have been delivered 10 days ago. Both have not moved in 10 days.

Usps is pretty much telling me I'm screwed. I have two options. 1. Wait and see what happens. 2. File a report to cancel the money orders. I will then be out my shipping cost. Plus $20.50 per money order. So in total $41. This process could take at least 30 days or longer.

I'm hoping there's an option three out there. Anybody has the hookup at USPS?

If I could just get the money orders back I would probably FedEx them.

I do have the nuclear option of reaching out to my senators and representatives. But imagine it may take some time. And I don't know how effective it would be.

They kept my son’s vehicle title there for 50 days and when he got it had to pay $500.00 for not having it changed into his name within 45 days! I’ve had to pay two late fees because my payments were late. They sent sales tax back with unable to locate and I took it back to my post office and they checked address and resent it at no charge because the address was correct. They need to close that place and move back to old location!
