I'll keep it short. The palmetto Georgia facility has screwed me over again. I have two missing US postal money orders at the facility. They should have been delivered 10 days ago. Both have not moved in 10 days.

Usps is pretty much telling me I'm screwed. I have two options. 1. Wait and see what happens. 2. File a report to cancel the money orders. I will then be out my shipping cost. Plus $20.50 per money order. So in total $41. This process could take at least 30 days or longer.

I'm hoping there's an option three out there. Anybody has the hookup at USPS?

If I could just get the money orders back I would probably FedEx them.

I do have the nuclear option of reaching out to my senators and representatives. But imagine it may take some time. And I don't know how effective it would be.

Wanna gun off of gun broker tracking number said that it was delivered last Friday I was all that it was coming in USPS I will admit but when I called it was not delivered. I’ve called every day since it was delivered today. I’m like what in the world.

All our mail, even intra-city is routed to Jacksonville for sorting.
Sorta like Palmetto South. Stuff just disappears.

Noticed some time back that stuff got to me faster from California than it did from South GA. It would leave South to Jacksonville the North to Atlanta.

I had a Christmas present from north Florida take 3 weeks. It got to Atlanta, went to 3 sorting facilities and then ended up in Pennsylvania. After almost a week it got back to Atlanta, hit four stops, then a few days later the one close to my house. Took two more days for delivery. It was just stupid.

I have a Remington 581 rear sight piece that Palmetto has gobbled and I am PISSED. Already filed a missing mail report so I hope it makes its way here but finding another Rem 581 rear sight eyepiece has been just agony. I really want to go on a tirade but I am trying to be nice about the whole debacle.

I had another package get caught in the Bermuda palmetto triangle. It literally went back and fourth from there to atl 8 times and it was an exhaust that came from Canada LOL

Cancel the money orders immediately and then go about the purchase another way. Or have someone with a very reputable credit card bank order the parts and you give him the money. Tip him 10 bucks to cover the interest over the payoff period which shouldn't be long if the user of the card is wise and pays off the card of that purchase immediately.
