Been several years since I had a SBR ( a Thompson and a Sten as I was doing WWII reenacting). Do you still have to get written approval before you take the sbr out of state, each time, like I had to do in the past?

Does the amnesty cover all lowers? Just lowers already assembled into pistols?

A free SBR registration seems like a pretty good deal for anyone who already has a trust.

(This rule will almost certainly get struck down. It is over broad and immensely stupid.... But free SBR registration? Might take advantage of that.)
