yes.Is the 120 day period considered a form one filing?
I can update, got a new complete lower from Tru-prep today, you have to send pictures for the special form, threw an SBA4 on it and said it was getting a 14.5 upper and that it was getting submitted to be compliant.what is to stop a body from registering a rifle lower for free? do they require pictures?
was it a rifle, pistol, or other lower?I can update, got a new complete lower from Tru-prep today, you have to send pictures for the special form, threw an SBA4 on it and said it was getting a 14.5 upper and that it was getting submitted to be compliant.
so just pin a flash hider/fake suppressor on it and let it be. then when the rules change back, remove it.
drill the "pin hole" all the way thru, pin it and weld up both sides, touch up with black paint. when the "rule" is overturned remove it and send the ATF the bill for 2 hours of machine work...
with the bumpstock ban over, anyone who had one and destroyed it should bill the ATF for the cost of it.. or everyone should send them a bill for one.
I didn’t even check, had a bare tube so I’m thinking other it was based on an Aero M4E1 lower with multi as the caliber. I chose 5.56 when filling out.was it a rifle, pistol, or other lower?
Unfortunately even a bare buffer tube provides a "shoulerable" surface that you could shoot from. No bull****. Read that earlier on in the ruling this morning and my jaw dropped.I didn’t even check, had a bare tube so I’m thinking other it was based on an Aero M4E1 lower with multi as the caliber.
