I guess i missed a few lines but i thought you presented a document relating to 922r in a discussion about pistol braces. Im going back to my day off now.

They should have to buy them all back in order to make them illegal after 10 years of sales and billions of dollars spent . 1/2 price is better than **** you your guns are all illegal cause we say so .
And honestly 90% of ATF written rules are 80+ years old

Lets say someone goes out this week and buys a lower with a pistol brace on it. Can they register it as an SBR or are they out of luck because they did not own the lower before the 13th?
