UPDATE: FREE Cricket rifle to a deserving kid...WE HAVE A WINNER!

I'm in for my five year old daughter. She is my middle child (the seven year old is too girly) and told me she was going to shoot me two deer this upcoming year, not so sure that's going to happen but she is in to shooting. She is working with her pink daisy now, but I'm hoping she keeps a passion to be with me outdoors.

Put my name in the pot. I got three grand kids and we all go hunting with one .22. I would give it to my granddaughter because she likes to walk out in front of us doing the scouting. If I gave it to one of the others they might have to dig a bullet out of the cheek of my butt at Athens General.

The drawing happened a while back. See the initial post on page 1.

Update: We have winner! The lucky winner is 24on48hunting. In one of his post he said if he didn't win he would contribute 225 rounds. Pretty awesome of him. He won fair and square though....I actually video taped the drawing but couldn't get the dang thing to post!!!

Nice shout outs for Erkinator who donated 200 rounds and daniele429 who donated 500 rounds. Thanks you two. Much appreciated. That is a total of 800 rounds for a single shot 22!!!

24on48hunting.....PM is headed your way.

Troutman....awesome pics of the winners of your givaway!

As much as it breaks my heart my son is not interested in shooting yet. I have not pushed him so one day he might change his mind. Let's hope so! He is 10 now and an awesome kid and he dearly loves animals! He is too big for this gun anyway now.

I have an almost new (looks new) black synthetic stock Cricket with a cricket scope. It just sits there not being used so let's change that and get a kid headed in the right direction. I will also include 100 rounds of 22 ammo to get them started.

I will give this to a deserving kid in a drawing next week sometime of my choosing. You may enter by posting here. The only requirement is you have to bring the child or at least send pics so I can see their face when you give it to them. There has to be some reward for me...right? :-)

Has to be close to me....within 15 miles let's say.

Good luck!!

Very nice congrats and thanks for promoting youth sports shooting
