I ordered all the parts and the jig this morning. Ed brown ships pretty fast. I will post pictures and try to make a video since there isn't a lot of information about this subject

You do know I have a large drill press at home right? Along with a band saw, vise, miter, etc. We can mock up a jig to do the cut pretty easy.
I am like a kid waiting for Christmas now lol
Forgot I had some leftovers from my last cold blue project. So I decided to hit the controls and the barrel with it just to see how it would look. Well it looks like polished graphite. I like the look what do ya'll think
Well all the parts are here just need a drill press and some other tooling. To bad I won't be able to make it down until Thanksgiving. Wife's not willing to travel two hours to make her old man happy lol
