I was assigned to the JFK, CV67 as a Navy reservist. That ship was a piece of ****e back in the 90s. Hated being on it. The heat never worked. Made the mistake of drinking bug juice at lunch one day and paid for it for days. F‘ers didn’t clean out the JP6 before filling it with water. Or at least that’s what I was told.
