Try a different connecter. Not all connectors are the same. Some are lighter but mushier, others are a little heavier but have a crisper break. The Glock OEM (-) connector is less mushy IMO.

My G19 got a Glock Oem 3.5 connector. Trigger pull and reset perfect for me. But as you already know, shooting it makes it better too. Just takes patience and that I don't have a lot of.
