Value of a 90's model Ruger77/22?

Without a scope I say $450-$500
I gave $600 recently but it had a new Prostaff Nikon
Unfortunately I don't have any pictures but it doesn't have a scope and the wood does have some scratches and some wear and the asking price was $650 just seemed a bit high to me but I'm no expert lol thanks for the info.
We would all like our belongings to be more valuable but they're just not worth that. If you've been looking for a nice one for a long while you won't get hurt going a little bit of a premium but that's a little too much. Just my opinion.
Just one final comment they should have the original rings included.
They should also have the original flat bottom 10 round mag as opposed to be slightly curved 10/22 10 round mag. they often get switched by accident but to be completely original it should be the flat one.
