say i left one day to go somewhere with my wife and i came home days latter without her, and when people asked me where she was and i said with a friend, then days latter people asked where she was and i said with a friend, then people smelled a bad smell in my trunk, then after 31 days I started saying that some man kidnapped her, all the while i was out partying with my friends, but i still said i did not know where she was, then months latter they find her skeleton some place , do you think for one second that i would be found not guilty?

If they couldnt prove anything the sure you would go free gramps .... just like Anthony did ... they couldnt prove anything, so she was found not guilty.

You said you would commit a crime to convict someone of a crime (this is a statement of a hypocrite).
So since I am not agreeing with you on BREAKING the law like you said you would..."plant evidence for a conviction" is not illegal as well??? I am lost...that's like saying "I would not drink and drive because it's illegal but I'd go kill someone if they made me mad"...exactly the same concept...therefore that makes you a criminal/hypocrite

And I totally agree that the prosectution focused way to much on the "what if's." and the "what they have" I still think she did it and she will suffer knowing that her child is dead...if she did it and the personality that she has and lifestyle she "wants"...she will get drunk and start blabbing...that's what I see....but like I always see in trials like these in real life...she will never be punished(double jeopardy)

You would be suspect, and would warrant investigation, and if sufficient physical evidence was attained and a strong case presented, a jury of your 12 peers would hear your trial and convict you of the crime if all 12 were convinced beyond a shadow of a doubt you were guilty.

Based only on the facts you brought forth you would not have charges brought against you.
Suspiciousion and proof are completely different!

§ 16-10-94. Tampering with evidence


(a) A person commits the offense of tampering with evidence when, with the intent to prevent the apprehension or cause the wrongful apprehension of any person or to obstruct the prosecution or defense of any person, he knowingly destroys, alters, conceals, or disguises physical evidence or makes, devises, prepares, or plants false evidence.

(b) Nothing in this Code section shall be deemed to abrogate or alter any privilege which any person is entitled to claim under existing laws.

(c) Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, any person who violates subsection (a) of this Code section involving the prosecution or defense of a felony and involving another person shall be guilty of a felony and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one nor more than three years; provided, however, that any person who violates subsection (a) of this Code section involving the prosecution or defense of a serious violent felony as defined in subsection (a) of Code Section 17-10-6.1 and involving another person shall be guilty of a felony and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one nor more than ten years. Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, any person who violates subsection (a) of this Code section involving the prosecution or defense of a misdemeanor shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.


Vanguard...In that state of Georgia(above) and as you stated before...yes....No better than the criminal themselves facing trial.

What ever, I do Apologize for getting upset and saying bad things to you guys, I had a family member killed and the killer pretty much got away with it , and believe me if I was living in that state when it happened I would have gone after that punk and taken care of him, if that makes me a bad person guess what I DONT CARE. our family is very close and there are not but 3 of us left.

I'm sorry for the loss but in murder cases it's ??? either he did or didn't???

If he/she was convicted with anything toward the killing of the person then he/she did not get away with it.

Sorry but what makes you think that you are judge, jury and executioner? If you would have done anything then you would have been no better than him.

A lot of people THINK that Anthony did kill the kid, but there wasnt proof.
