I found this amongst my father’s items and I cannot seem to figure out what it means or represents. Thoughts?

Any Combat Vietnam Veterans out there that might know what this badge could be?

My father was a little bit of everywhere and there is no telling what this could be whether SE Asia, Far East, Africa or elsewhere.
