Veterans Receive Letters From VA Prohibiting Ownership or Purchase of Firearms

You know the weird thing about it is..If you are deemed incompetent then you are also incapable of realizing the consequences of your actions...course they can still put you in a squirrel cage forever.

Is this being geared towards the more recent veterans, ie: not so much Vietnam, but Desert Storm, etc.? Tin foil hat idea. Maybe they want to limit the fire power of those with knowledge of combat and tactics, so when they come to take our guns, people that know the moves "they'll" try to make, will be less of a threat?

"the best comrade is the one who knows your enemies ways, thoughts, and equipment. "

Yeah they are doing this for a very SPECIFIC reason. But the vets returning from the sandbox learned something about the effectiveness of IEDS, EFPs, and other "Rag Tag Weapons" that an insurgency would love to have.

Experience is much more dangerous than courage. IMO.

It's 11 years now. Lots of guys saw unheard of action (save Nam which was 4 yrs). It's probably just a scare/psy tactic to see who will break. Still insoluble (that means it don't wash).
