This is an excellent course. Instead of training folks to fight their way out a situation Claude and William give the students the tools to recognize the criminal actors and how to avoid them. They also teach the student how to prepare a series of preplanned actions. Both of these guys are nationally known and respected trainers. While $400 sounds like a lot of money for a class when it could be spent on a new blaster, it beats spending tens of thousands of dollars fighting off wrongful death suits and lawyer fees.
