FYI, a Sig brace does not count towards OAL as it is not technically attached to the firearm. You must measure from the end of your buffer tube.
If a SIG brace would count towards OAL than so would a roll of toilet paper hanging off the buffer tube or barrel.
For that matter, tape a 3 foot piece of string to the buffer tube....have you just added 36 inches to OAL?
