Walmart ammo availability thread - Post what you see available & where!

Not sure how many of you have been keeping up with what the Walmart employees are doing nation wide, short stocking and hiding ammo but I used the mobile app today as a local Walmart FINALLY showed some 22 bricks in stock. Run over and of course, nothing on the shelves. Found an employee, showed him my phone showing stock. He punches in the number and yep, supposedly have 10 bricks in stock. Talks to the red-eyed Jamacain 'department manager' and comes and tells me "it must be lost". I tell him 'Really? How about this .223, .40, 9mm, .45 mag that also shows in stock but is not on your shelves?'. He apologizes and says "I'm really sorry for the inconvenience sir I'm not sure what is going on but I just zero'd out the inventory on the .22" At that point Rasta manager hears what's going on and says "Whoa! Don't zero it out! I'll uh... um... I'll zero it out tomorrow and do the paper work." I looked at him like "Dude, you're busted." Didn't let up and the best story they could come up with is the ammo is on the truck. I asked when they stocked and told them I'd be there a half hour before that. Also shot WalMart corporate an email as they've got to know how rampant this is nationwide. Not expecting much but it is aggravating....

i can understand your frustration - cause walmart corp doesnt even care that there cust are getting hosed by the employees they intrust to run there stores - which sucks major ***

Stocker claimed no one was in sporting goods to lock it up. It was a little after midnight.

it could happen i was there at 3:00 am once (i was a whiplash b-day party and enjoying company, a outside fire and beer before heading home) 1 person working register and maybe 2 other employees, they run skeleton crew at night
