Walmart ammo availability thread - Post what you see available & where!

Anybody know if the Winder store ever has ammo? Was there the other day and asked to see under the counter and was told they have no ammo under the counter. I asked again to see and was then told there is only the overstock of ammo under the counter. Never was allowed to see under the counter.

Yep. Picked up some 40, 45 and 9 there last week! Had some spam cans of Tula as well.

Found a box of 45 hollow points at Old National Walmart and about **** myself......Haven't seen anything in 2 weeks

There is no doubt that these wal mart employees are buying up all the ammo. They are probable the ones flipping it for profit. Makes me sick that this happens but hey people will do anything to make a buck these days.

No ammo but was able to pic up a Wyndham Weaponry in .556 yesterday in Rockmart. They also had two Beretta 9mm carbines in the case and I believe they were around $900.

Im in the winder walmart twice a week and it's always empty. Good to know that they are getting some in.

Sorry, I didn't ask. It was in the very end of the case and I couldn't see the tag - I wouldn't have even noticed it if the guy buying the AR hadn't pointed it out.

They are hoarding the ammo here in Thomaston. I went in last night around 9 to get some stuff and the lady told me they have been keeping guns and ammo in the back for a while. But seems funny they can sell large quanities of ammo to the LGS here but we cant buy more than 3 boxes at a time. Someone is getting a kick back. The rifle cases were full for the first time in months, but the ammo cases were bare once again. I ask her to look for some 12 gauge shells for me and when she came back she said there is none on the ammo pallets in storage... What you think is going on there?

Called and spoke to sporting goods in Suwanee early this morning and the guy said " all the ammo was out yesterday morning @ 7am. None was hidden in the back" Yeah, right.
