You guys are pointing your anger in the wrong direction. If you're gonna get pissed, get pissed at the folks buying the overpriced stuff. If they would stop buying it, people would stop cleaning out the shelves to sell it at retarded prices.

Maybe if the gougers stopped cleaning it out people could just go in to the stores and buy their share?
Why should they when people are willing to buy at overinflated prices?
In a free market consumers have the power. If nothing is being sold for a certain price, it forces the sellers to come down. If you want to pay for things that are ridiculously inflated that's your decision.
Also if you want to be the douche that buys out stores inventories, the ones who don't limit sales, in order to try to take advantage of people also your decision.
I personally just like to buy what I shoot in this time of hysteria. I actually had one of the guys in Dawson Gun kinda laugh when I asked if they were limiting boxes of .223 this week b/c they had a good bit in and at almost "normal" prices. I told him I only wanted what I'd shoot and he said if I didn't buy it all someone else would.

Wal-Mart in Fayetteville has 7.62x39 for $5.19 box. Metal case with FMJ. It is kinda hidden in the top right of the ammo case.
Powder Springs had 8 boxes of win superx 22lr at 6.97 per box. I left it there as there was no one in the area to get it for me and I dont consider that very cheap.
picked up 3 boxes of remington umc 9mm luger 250 round mega pack and 3 boxes of federal champion 250 grain .45 50 round boxes - this morning about 2am at wally world in alpharetta - good to have a daughter thats old enough to buy aswell - lol - told her she could sleep the rest of the day for helping me out - lol
Athens WalMart on Lexington Rd was out of spam cans. Nice folks there. They will have 22lr on the truck coming in today.
