I know several of the evening clerks that say to call @ 7:30 AM. I have started this week calling the one next to my house and on the way to work and the morning Sporting goods guys don't like being bothered.

Walmart ammo availability thread - Post what you see available & where!

I go in to work too early to score any, but I call all the Wal-marts that are on the way home when I leave the office in the afternoon and ask if they have anything so I know if it is worth stopping. It's been a while since they said yes.
There was 3 lonely boxes of .40 At the toccoa walmart, so I adopted them. Nothing left but boutique rifle rounds
Warner Robins Watson- Dude brought out a cart with cases of ammo. 9mm-100rd boxes, 40-50rd boxes, 45 acp-50rd boxes, .22lr. target 325rd boxes. Sorry, 6 of the boxes 22lr went in my cart (had son with me) and the other 4 got swiped up in less than 10 seconds. I didn't stick around, had to get bread for sandwiches.
My brother found some 7.62 at cedartown walmart yesterday. None of the walmarts I go to ever have anything.

Carrollton & Bremen Walmart both have nothing but a few boxes of 30-06 and 7mm rifle ammo. Nothing else!
WOW! Lagrange had 12 ammo cans of Federal 5.56! "HAD" being the operative word. I was in position where I could have gotten 6 of them but I stuck to the rules and only took 3...argh! LOL! They also had 3 cases of 100 count Federal 9mm value pack @ $21.97.
Don't let anybody BS you that WalMart isn't getting ammo in anymore or is stopping stocking anything. I noticed last week that they had put in a label for the Federal 5.56 cans for the first time ever but never figured to see any in stock. Wonderful surprise this morning.
