Walmart ammo availability thread - Post what you see available & where!

$30 a brick isn't a good price. Lol @ still getting gouged and not even realizing it.

In the past, right. Now days, decent price. We can't all line up at the Walmart and buy 3 boxes at a time. Show me a better deal I can get right now that's not limited to no more than 3 boxes! That's what I thought.

For 525? How much is a good price then? I bought 555 winchester from walmart for like $27 and some change + tax. I don't think thats a bad price. So $30 a brick is essentially the same price.

Ignore him, he's jealous. Slamming others but not showing any available good deals. He obviously isn't the one to ask advice from.

Yep, your right, and I wasn't limited to how many I could get. He got 3 cases in, If I could afforded it he would have sold it all to me.

Is finding handgun ammo at walmart still impossible? I quit playing this game over a month ago, just wondering what the status was now. I just go to the range and pay the $30 for 100 rounds of 9mm and be glad I'm getting a better deal than anyone on here is selling the stuff for. Lol.

So what you're saying in a round about way is, you're one of the people going out and buying 10 - 15 boxes at a time.....then wondering why prices are staying so high.

And if you'd actually take the time to stop typing with your forehead, you would have seen where I posted some links in the steals and deals for 22lr that is actually a decent price.

Again, lol @ you being one of the ones perpetuating the ammo price/shortage problem and not even realizing it.

Around here it still is because the LGS has an in with the manager at Wal Mart.

Nope, I purchased 99% of my ammo before all this started. I knew this was going to happen with this president. I bought all of my 22lr at the old prices and refused to pay the gouger prices. If I could find 22 in stock anywhere ( and I haven't been able to ) and the prices are decent for the times I'm going to stock up on it if I can. Buying 10-15 boxes from my dealer at $30 for a brick (less than 6 cents a round) and not the resellers isn't keeping the prices high. As another forum member said he paid the same from Walmart. They seem to have some of the best prices. And my dealer is 2 miles from me so I'm not running all over wasting gas. And my two buddies appreciated the ammo too.

The 22 ammo you put up in Steals and Deals comes out to less than 6 cents per round. The ammo I purchased comes out to less than 6 cents per round. Covington, two hours round trip, my dealer 15 minutes round trip. So theres your 'decent price". I'm typing with my forehead?

After reading your first and third paragraph, I feel like I'm talking to a teenager. Which, with all the "lol @ "I believe I am. Dumbest stuff I've read in a while.
