If you go for the xd, be a little patient and look around for the xdm, I have the full size and love it! Although if you want a nice full metal, you can get a cz 75. Just have to pay 50-100 more.

From the 3 choices you gave the XD is the best of them.My little XD9c and my last XD9 service model could and can hold their own with my Glocks and M&P's.

I've hear nothing but good things about them. I really want a Sig too and it seems like a good one to get my feet wet with.
